I hired this company in early July. The work was excellent and the tech who completed job was amazing. So, of course, I planned to use them again. This time, however, totally different. No one returned my calls. In fact, no one answered the phone at all. All voice mail. The work I needed was warranty work for a supplier they represented. Parts only. I still would have to pay for labor. I told the supplier I was really happy with this company and would like to use them again. It was just that I was unable to contact them. So, the supplier called Door Pro to request they complete the work. She was told that they (Door Pro) did not want the job and would not accept the job. Now the supplier is sending the replacement parts to me with the advice that I contact another one of their vendors and request they complete the work. I was very surprised by the way this unfolded, but I will at least have my replacement parts for the defective door. Now all I have to do is find someone to complete the install. I would not feel comfortable advising anyone to use this company.

Even after the door was installed I had a handle brake. I called them, they ordered a new handle, came out and replaced it. There was no charge and to me that was unbelievable after a year of being installed. It was very appreciative.

They answered all of my questions regarding doors and hardware. Everyone was very professional from the office staff to the installer. They installed the doors in the time promised, even though it was during the busy Nov./Dec. holiday season. I couldn't be more pleased with the end results, and would highly recommend them.

In this case they didn't do the job, they did something better - they treated me right at their own expense. They have done two great fiberglass doors for me in the past and they will be my provider going forward.

I have used DoorPro Entryways for two doors in my house - replacement of the side door in my garage and installation of a door between the garage and another room. They did very good work both times and I was very pleased. I recently had a piece of glass broken in my front door and was advised that it was not going to be repairable. When I got that word I called DPE to get an estimate because they had done great work for me. They instead gave me the name of a guy they thought could fix it and lost a $4K+ sale while giving me great service. The guy they referred was able to replace a mixture of stained glass and beveled glass pieces for me and the door looks like new. These guys are my go-to for doors as long as I am in the area and I will refer people to them.

DoorPro was very professional, punctual and customer focused - when I told them I was getting my house painted and hoped they could install the door before painting, they worked swiftly and was able to install 2.5 weeks from order date! It normally takes 4-6 weeks from order date!! I would use them again, highly recommend them and have a neighbor who is interested in using them now.
